Our Story
Our Story began in 1958, established by our founder Mr Keck Lay Chau. Back then we were a rubber scrap dealer known as Chop Guan Chong with a small outlet store on the main street of Masjid Tanah, Melaka. Over the years, we have gradually evolved into an agriculture wholesaler and retailer.
Today, we still sell fertilizers—as well as agrochemicals, seeds, agriculture tools and more. The “more” is which we providing agricultural service to the customers, develop customer experience and our company culture. We aim to help local farmers and growers by delivering knowledge for them to plant with confidence in a long term and sustainable way. Our supportive suppliers, customers, and team have truly contributed for the growth of Guan Chong Agro.
